I was trying to setup Shared SSL on my server. When filling up the key I got this error: Any suggestions?

Are you on a cPanel server.

yes I'm using cPanel/WHM server

did you not setup a hosting account for this site. If not, create it as an independent account, or create it as addon/parked domain and move it on a dedicated IP via WHM >> Change Site's IP Address. After that, you can install the SSL.

Assuming you are trying to install the shared ssl on the hostname itelf, simply specify user as 'nobody' and it will work.
