Mysql problem in Direct Admin

I get error while setup a new mysql DB in DirectAdmin Anyone have a idea about this ? Its my newly vps with Direct Admin,Mysql is running fine in root

Are you sure mysql is running (are you able to access mysql console from ssh) ? Anyways try restarting the service (/etc/init.d/mysql restart)

Thanks its working now,but I'm facing new problem now. The script needs ioncube loader,how do I know that my vps is already support ioncube

Check in your php.ini file, there should be something as: ioncube loader: zend_extension = /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so or something similar, depends on the path where ioncube is installed.
