Deleted Billable accounts - Hsphere

Hi, For those who provide Hsphere reseller accounts, could you help me to answer this question, please? Will I able to re-create the deleted billable account without any setup fees again? In the beginning, I deleted the billable account as I thought I can create the username again without any setup fees charges in future. I think I'm wrong. They charge me extra new billable account whenever I create new username. The billing dept is not replying my ticket for more than 2 days. I'm confuse with the tech supp answer. So, how can I correct my mistake now? I really appreciate for those who can help. Thank you.

jerrica, You must be over your billable account limit. If they have a setup fee per billable account you will be charged it everytime you make an account over the limit. Since this was a honest mistake I would ask them for a credit on your account so you dont have to pay the setup fee again. Good luck.

Hi Jerrica, May I ask why you deleted an account? If your provider has their system configured to charge you for every new account, then yes, H-Sphere will automatically do so. Your provider would need to credit these funds.. You really should not be "deleting accounts" - However, I am a little confused why you are getting charged for this...

This is what I thought at first as well - however, if the user is deleting accounts - would they not first be pro-rated credited if they are over their limit, then pro-rated charged? Maybe the best thing to do here is to upgrade to the next plan which allows for a greater number of billable accounts - since youre deleting accounts and are still over your limit, this may be the way to go...

This would be true unless they have refund set to 0% for actual accounts.

Good point - Not how we have ours configured - but, you're right - this would do it

But, they told me they have refund to me???? But, if I'm not mistaken, they only refund to me on traffic. I do not want a refund on billable account. I only want to replace the deleted paid billable account with new billable accounts. I won't delete them again as I just realize the system cannot detect and swap with the new billable account. I deleted the biilable account because the username I create is not generic. The username is the company name itself. When they no longer host with us. I delete the user account. I was not aware that the deleted billable account cannot be reuse anymore. I have to paid for it the next time I create a new billable account. p/s: Have they refund on billable account to me? what's 100% means? ====== Statistics Reseller traffic 990.2 MB/20.0 GB Click to change traffic limit Disk usage Usage details Avg: 718.41/3000 MB Click to change disk usage limit Last day: 0 MB === Last edited by jerrica; 01-24-2005 at 02:36 AM.

Hi! I think the absolute worse think I was told about H-Sphere was "play with it...you can't mess things up". Oh...I'm here to tell you...you can mess things up horribly. Bryon

Well.... you are using 34 cp accounts over your limit of 15. It looks like you pay $3.50 setup for each account over. The reason you didnt get a refund is because setups fees are not refunded once a billing period has cleared. Ask them for a $3.50 credit and recreate the account.

Note: 1. Do not delete billable account. Hsphere cannot detect and swap with the new billable account. 2. Create a generic username so that it can be reused again for the future client when the current client terminate their hosting. 3. Keep track of how many user accounts have been created with space and traffic allocated. Do a listing. Hsphere would not warn you if you over your quota or bandwidth. (Doesn't matter your reseller account does not exceed the disk space and traffic). You will still be charge for over allocation. So be careful or else you will be bill just like me.

They return money for 4 billable accounts. But, now my question is "where is my 15 free billable accounts"? Has they forfeited my 15 free billable account? p/s: I have been charge and paid for 38 billable account shows in the billing statement. I have used 34 accounts. They return money for 4 billable accounts.
