RTSP to RTMP streaming

Hello, I am trying to figure out whether if its possible to convert RTSP stream into RTMP to stream to free streaming services like livestream or similar? It seems that Wowza supports RTSP to flash streaming, but none of known free streaming services is run on Wowza. The idea is to convert RTSP to RTMP on my desktop or stream it to my server, convert it there and stream RTMP from there to free services. Any ideas?
