You might check with HostNexus or matrixreseller. I would recommend of course doing a full search of WHT for reviews on them..however at least this will give you a good jump start.

Hi, HostNexus looks good for me any one using it any reviews about them I signed up a account in matrixreseller i think they use offline CC process they asked me to send a copy of CC or fax the same I am looking for a host who use 3rd party merchant account which process instant or 24hrs time frame setup account without these documentation to send offline. any other host ?
