Generally web host don't go around bragging about their downtime I don't see anything reported in the "Host Down" section of WHT for outages at SurfSpeedy. Either no one here is hosted on the SurfSpeedy S1 server or no one else is having a problem.

I'm on R3 and they sent me a notice on 3/26 that they'd be moving servers within 72 hours. I submitted a trouble ticket asking who what when and where since one reason i signed up with them was because I wanted to be in the planet's data center. They never replied. Tonight around 11:30 eastern i was able to access recent data on my server, today as of 12:30 i am not able to access the same data. Put in a new TT, replied to my old one and am looking for a new host. i don't appreciate being ignored, I have no paying customers, just host my own sites and i won't put up with this. Easy for me to move. All they needed was to answer and I'd have been happy.

well i must admit that with a phone call the site was restored pretty quickly. I'm still a bit peeved that they changed datacenters. I'll have like 2 days to decide when i get back from vacation
