i think its a nulled ( stolen ) copy that's why you are facing troubles i suggest to buy an original copy of VB with support

You need to enable innodb. Right now I dont see it enabled in your config.

you can check if innodb is enabled in the server by mysqladmin variables | grep -i innodb or enter to mysql prompt and issue show engines;

Post your query in server configuration section of vbulletin and George will help you out with the settings.
