You need to enable innodb. Right now I dont see it enabled in your config.

Why do you say that?

you can check if innodb is enabled in the server by mysqladmin variables | grep -i innodb or enter to mysql prompt and issue show engines;

Post your query in server configuration section of vbulletin and George will help you out with the settings.
