Round ribben server for load balancing and redundancy?

How do I set this up with 2 or more servers? Since the MySQL database is being constantly updated every second, what special program would I need to make sure all the servers have the exact same MySQL data?

Consider using a proper load balanced setup with LB's and separate database servers instead of just multiple A records...
