Windows reseller

Posted by bentley78, 03-23-2005, 12:00 PM
I am currently using site5.com as a linux resellser, I really like them. Does anyone know of a good windows server reseller host? I looked through the web and found e3server (which I have heard of) Brainpluse and some others. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Ive searched for the above names mentioned, and there is nothing in WHT on them Why dont you have a look at the offers section there is plenty of windows hosts there, when you think you like a host then look for comments and reviews using WHT search

Lots of people around here recommend Host Nexus

Try submitting your hosting requirement to HostVoice.com you'll get some follow ups via e-mail of web hosts that can meet your needs. Be sure to research any web host that replies, here on WHT.

Hi Bentley, Have a look at offer section here you might come across a good reseller plan. Try out webhosting directories as well ,which are not based on any affiliation program. All The Best!

jodohost and reseller-center seem to have deals compareble to site 5. I uderstand windows will be a little more expensive. Also I risk sounding like an idiot but I don't know much about windows hosting...what is hsphere? similar ti cpanel but for windows?

H-Sphere is a control panel similar to cPanel but complex. It is a control panel for both linux and windows.

Hello, You may want to consider reseller-center.com. I have used them, in the past, w/ excellent results. Good luck w/ your search.

I'm not sure that I can recommend hostnexus. I was with them for the past few months having moved a couple windows accounts over from crediblehost (who I'd definately avoid). Their support was helpful, and responded farily quickly to tickets, but there were too many odd problems on the machine HN put me on. Things like ASP script parsing just stopping for no obvious reason, permissions on .MDB files getting reset, etc. It happened enough and annoyed my clients enough that I couldn't justify sticking around. I've just moved over to DIYhosting. Check the offers forum, I think they are still running some St. Pattys day special. I'm not specifically recommending them either, as I've only just started using their service, but so far so good.

What is your bad experience? Do you mind to share?

angst7, we did have a lot of problems, that's for sure. But we hired a new Windows administrator now and he has fixed most of the issues that you described. DIY is a great host though.

I know this isn't my question, but I know the Crediblehost Windows accounts are gone since mid March.
