Well let me lay out the whole story for everyone. My first reseller host was Directspace Networks, they were amazing when I first signed up. My support tickets were answerd within under 3 minutes. The server was blazing fast I was receiving 200-300k average download speeds on my 2mb Cable Connection. I was in my prime anything I had a problem with they fized it. Well a year into this everything was still good. I hadnt talked to support in a while because there was nothing wrong. Well I went to directspaces website to use there ticket system and heres what I find. This Site Is Now Operated By Hostagig Networks. Welcome to our newest member of our family. Blah Blah Blah. Well things were still smooth for about a week or two then I noticed that the mySQL wasnt up to the version that I needed. Now I politley asked if they could upgrade from 4.0.20 to 4.0.22. Seems simple, and would understand if they couldnt do this that would be fine by me. My problem was they didnt respond for about two weeks. When they did they responded with an Email saying Your request has been forwarded to our Admin department. They will contact you withing 24-48 hours. Its been another two weeks now scince I got that Email and still no response. To add more fuel to the fire, in this past month of my Support goose chase the sevrer load has been between 60 and 110 percent. (If you do not believe me I have a screenshot of the Cpanel stats.) I tried uploading an Image and the fastest connection I could get is .008kbs upspeed. I say this to you hostagig. Hopefully I will get a response to this because there is no other way to get a hold of your tech support or anyone for that matter. So hopefully my opinion will grasp your attention long enough to understand you need to pay more attention to your customers. Oh and P.S. I did a whois on Directspace and Hostagig... Same person so In my eyes it was a coverup for failing service to keep their customers. Last edited by networkingtech; 07-08-2005 at 12:22 PM.

Why don't you switch providers.. or did i miss something? The great thing about this industry is the power of choice! Its like the weather here in Oklahoma, if you don't like it -- stick around and wait a minute, something else will come around!
