S.Girls, I would suggest using the English you have learned at school and not use a translation service. But I am sure there are some clients of zoneserv who can tell you about their experiences.

First of LOL! Made me laugh real good. Kind of thing you only see happen in the movies. But anyway, from what I can make of it, you appear to be asking: 1. You have a question (yes, i know its obvious) 2. You would like to know about how responsive the support times are and how well they respond 3. How fast the servers and service are 4. You like the appearance of the website but are worried about them going bust. Hopefully i got it right...unfortunately I don't know anything about Zoneserv except: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...t=zoneserv.com They were hacked, had no backups, lost quite a bit of customers, but are now back again. Maybe they have learnt from mistakes and have more secure servers and backups, or maybe they are still the same? I'm not in a position to judge. But i'm pretty sure someone will eventually have something to say... As usual, it is recommended that you also perform your own search on this site for zoneserv.com and read some reviews from other customers (recent and old). Hope this helps...

Holy moly, either these guys are pretty unreliable or they offer some nice deals. Check this out. ExtraPlatinumZ Bandwidth: 1,000,000 MB Disk space: 55,000 MB Setup fee: FREE! Monthly price: 45$ That's literally three times cheeper than most reseller hosts. I have to check out there customer support, because if its any good, this is really worth it.

I dont think they have very good customer support at the moment, so I'd wait a while before buying one of these cheap reseller accounts.

erm...after them being hacked on several occasions you still consider them? Also, don't expect to use all that disk space. I remember when Gil was hacked he blamed it on WHMAutoPilot. -GSV

I knew that. I'm still in awe of how you cleared that up. My comment, "I too would have fear of the nonexistence" was not directed at you. After you explained it, it made sense, so I agreed with it, right? As in, "Yes, that pricing seems a little low, so it is valid to be concerned about the host's long-term prospects." Have a nice day!

I would say NOT to go with Zoneserv, just by doing a quick search you will find they have treated their customers like @#!* and blamed everyone else but themselves about troubles they have had! Have a look at http://tamranda.com Last edited by uksam; 07-12-2005 at 08:27 AM.
