Is there anything out there that will simply backup all my customer websites? I know there are programs that download individual sites, but I need something that could simply backup my sites in my Web Hosting Manager that contains all my customer sites.

Hello, I do not think there are any scripts which intergrate with WHM and allow you to easily backup of all your customer's websites, sorry. There are a few that you an backup multiple websites with, but these do not integrate with WHM and require you to know each customers username, password, and theme.

What control panel are you using?

We have recently signed up with bqbackup.com because of their Rsync technology, I believe it is supported with any control panel and any OS. You might want to look into it, once you sign up they will send you the instructions via e-mail along with your account information to setup your server with their services.
