The usual method is to add an ErrorDocument statement to .htaccess or virtualhost config or in the main server config, if you want it on all sites Edit: In fact, you already have one: so if you create a file with the correct name Apache will use it. cPanel uses the filename 500.shtml by default, IIRC.
