CDP issue -- genius needed

Hello, Two datacenters staff couldn't help me with this issue! I'm getting the following errors with one of my servers while trying to make a CDP backup: 04/07/2011 23:09:26 CDT An error occurred while backing up mysql instance: MyDB. 04/07/2011 22:00:49 CDT AGENT: Failed to read MySQL instance XML from helper. 04/07/2011 22:00:49 CDT AGENT: MYHELPER: Failed to get database table info: Can't read dir of './someusername_vb1/' (errno: 24). If I delete the database causing the issue another will show with the same error. I tried to remove several ones. The other servers don't have this issue and they were backed up normally. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of R1Soft are you using and what version of MySQL? A shot in the dark... try adding open_files_limit=8192 to your my.cnf and restarting MySQL.

Did you try the MySQL variable? Also, is there anything related to this in your MySQL error log?
