What does that mean? Is that a login from cpanel or whm? Also is there a log of all users that have logged into whm and/or cpanel?

It states that someone was logged in as user "root" in WHM. And to check who logged into cPanel and WHM, you need to check the cPanel access logs at

I got an alert this morning that the server is logging in as root to itself:-
Root was logged into whostmgrd using following authentication service: system
How can this happen? The root was logged in by the server IP itself.

What WHM setting is responsible for these messages?
