hiyacorp troubles

I have recently left a reseller relationship with thewebbrains based in india due to unreliable service and poor communication skills and came to WHT to see what people here recommended. I found that Hiya corp seemed to be the kind of service that I was looking for. I have since subscribed to be a reseller and have not had any luck with them They offer live chat but have consistently ended their conversations with me either when the crux of the issue surfaced or when they said they were working on it. My account has not worked since I have opened it and I can't access support via phone and they ofetn take 24hrs to email back something that doesn't solve the issue. The fact that I haven't been able to use the cpanel since opening the acct doesn't seem to phase them. My email hosted with them has also been unstable. can anyone help or let me know how I can reslove these issues with these guys? Spaghettibones. PS I have LiveChat transcripts to show what I mean....

I have since had two Live Chat conversations with Hiya Support, the first one goes like this: And the guys leaves the conversation, problem is unresolved. So I get back on to someone else: This guy seemed helpful and the hosting is working now. I can add clients for example! But as they say they are going through a transition and I will have to see what the service is like in the new year (2006) to see if I stay with them. They seemed to get good reviews on here so thats what makes me want to give them a go. Anyone else have similar experiences with any providers? and how did you deal with it? Cheers! Spaghettibones

i hope the host service TOS allows you for passing over Chat and Support conversations to 3rd party sites, if not and they see what you've done here they might just cancel your account. You should be careful pasting in other peoples conversations. I hope things work out for you in the future!

All the best with them, hopefully they really will turn their service around soon. However when he mentioned "10x more powerful servers", that seems like marketing speak to me, unless they were using P2's for hosting before that.
