That's a pretty low budget for what you're asking. You MIGHT get lucky finding something reliable at that price range, but the odds are against you. Look through the offers forum. Email their sales department. Try to find reviews of the company, etc..If your business is valuable to you, exercise due dilligence in choosing a company that fits your needs.

i can handle it with 3GB.. for for example i checked your web webkore.net/resellerplans.html and the large pack says someting like 12GB and 180GB transfer at $50.. im looking 1/3 of the space.. something like 3GB... but with enough data transfer so i can hadle several webs that require that.. any good deal over here?

I wasn't only talking about bandwith. Anyways, hosts cannot make offers to you. Browse the offers forum. You might find something.

With that kind of bandwidth, you may want to start looking at VPSs. You'll be able to find many quality VPS providers through HostVoice.com, as Anthony said above, web hosts cannot directly reply to your requests on WHT.

I definitely believe that $20 a month won't cut it if you really are going to use that much space and bandwidth per month. Even big companies like Site5 seem to have difficulty delivering on their promises to offer 11 GB space / 400 GB Bandwidth lately. We run a reseller hosting business and all of our clients bring at least 3 to 4 sites to our servers when they sign up and I can tell you that our top reseller doesn't even use 100 GB of traffic each month and he hosts some multimedia intensive sites with a decent amount of traffic.

Henry, then your reseller is not using much I have some customers using up to 500GB transfer per month with one of their sites. Yes, they are using shared account, not a dedicated server. Anyway, I agree with other that $20/month is too low. 200GB transfer per month, hmm... the price can be something between $50 - $100/month

Where did you see this happening?

I heard about the Site5 problem from this thread: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=450624 Site5 has started implementing daily bandwidth limits. Obviously if you truly let every client use all that bandwidth, then you definitely can't turn a profit due to the high bandwidth prices. So you put daily bandwidth caps so that high-bandwidth sites get penalized. It's a nice little trick to get around the outrageous marketing.
