We are looking for a reseller account in Germany, level3 datacenter preferred... Must have whm, cpanel, fantastico... Tried to find with no real success... if you know any, please let us know...

Do you want the host to run their own Level 3 datacenter, or just be located in it? I know of several German web hosts that you could check out, but I don't think they operate their own facilities.
