After 3 months of using Jodohost.com Reseller Package, I'm really impressive with their quality of service. I migrate from Serverdivision (during their server hdd crash) and found out Jodohost in WHT. What I really impress is the Live Chat option in their website, it onlines 24/7. Whenever I need quick support, I just click on the live chat and everything is solved. The server stability is superb. I never encounter downtime for the past three month in Jodo server. There are only slight problem in their server but it already fixed. The traceroute script of Hsphere is not working at all. But they fix it within 30 minutes. Thank to Ravi, Tanya and other supports team for guiding me through the account setup. Because I used to HELM control panel, so changing course to Hsphere are quite different. For me the USD 35 per month is worth it to the end. Kudos to Jodohost.

I second Dollah's opinions. I've been with them for... I don't know, 3 or 4 months now and they have been very impressive. They are not without problems... servers do go down occasionally, and they had a network outage a couple of days ago. But in each and every case, they get things fixed very quickly, and the MOST IMPORTANT PART is they keep customers updated through their forums. There's nothing worse than something going down, and you have no idea if anyone's working on fixing it, what the problem is, what the ETA is. I've mentioned this before in a different thread, but even 5-minute downtimes (when they need to apply a patch and reboot a server) are reported in the forums. I'm very happy and satisfied with them!

Active communication with customers does wonders to improve overall satisfaction with a company. Glad to hear you're happy with JodoHost.

I am glad you appreciate this. We have put in alot of resources in making 24x7 Live Chat support a reality. At the moment, we are handling about 2000 chat sessions a month. Each chat session has an average duration of 15 minutes. We can be handling 10+ simultaneous chat sessions during busy hours. The network issue you mention was due to a major DOS attack. We were down for about 25 minutes in total. We had the issue resolved very quickly given the nature of the issue. We did post a notification at our off-site status page and also emailed customers about the issue after resolution. Network outages are quite rare at JodoHost. We rely on premium network providers such as InterNap for bandwidth and use quality networking equipment.

I guess it would have helped if I mentioned that yes, it was only 25 minutes that the network was down in my previous posting. I didn't mean to make it sound like I was upset or that the outage lasted for a long time. I wanted to be objective and mention that like all web hosting companies, Jodohost does run into outages once in a while. But I was very impressed with the way the DOS attack was handled. The communication, like always, was great. I was not one bit concerned once I found out it was a network issue and Stephen was on it. Good job! Keep up the great work!!

Yes, I do get the network outages though email. But when the fix is very quick. When I read the email, the network already up. Yash, the live chat is really really great. Even when it is holiday I can reach a real person. By live chat, I can shorten the procees of resolving the problems. Damn, do you all ever sleep Unfortunately, I do not active the the jodohost forum. Not even registered yet By the way, I really good to have such reliable reseller hosting really exist (period) To jodohost team, I'm really glad that I choose you all three months ago.
