Hello, Any Idea to find content abused post by client (eg. porn, gambling, viagra or related stuff)? The only way I have is waiting for someone notified me which website have abusing content.

For security related stuff, you can use something like CXS. I don't think there's anything out there that would find what you're looking for. You could write a simple script that checks sites for keywords.

what type of website are you running. forum, blog etc ?

Wordpress has an option to manually approve all comments. I tend to use this option, because anything that's real will get through, and vice versa. If you're opposed to this however, here's a great article from SitePoint: http://www.sitepoint.com/stop-comment-spam/
