Use (install) mytop to see which user's queries take most of mysql server. You may also enable slow query log in my.cnf to see if there are any queries that can be further optimized.

Would you please share wich php chat script it was? Like LiveZilla or any of the others?

It was on my WHM manager as cPanel Chat 1 phpMyChat (0.15.0) as an cPAddons and i remove it from the server in that same part. I succesfully install mytop using this tutorial: http://www.mixinformatico.com/2010/0...nstalar-mytop/
