Umm, well let's say all my sites are down right now. Slow customer response and intermittent downtime. I should have definately done more homework rather then go for the best deal.

Hello, old owners here . Don't judge them too harshly. Their website is up and their live support seems to be working. Have you tried to give them a shout?

How long have you been down? has this happened often or is this an isolated incident? If this is the first time you have had problems, I wouldnt be too concerned. If this is frequent, then maybe you may want to consider other options
