onthespothosting.net Support

Hello, as i was searching for hosts i found onthespothosting.net with reseller plan of 5GB/60GB with 10$ and everything else unlimited in the mini Reseller plan, as i see in this page http://onthespothosting.net/reseller.html.
I currently host my small reseller business in Clook.net which for me is best company 'till now as regards support.
Support is for us a crucial matter 'cause we are web designers and little of hosters. Anyway i would like to ask your opinion about onthespothosting, cause i searched and found only offers from this company not one user testimonial.
My first option now for buying cheap service is onthespothosting and the surfspeedy which i suppose that they have a good support but they give less with 19$.
Please report any experience with onthespothosting and if anyone knows how much time they have on-line.

this is the first time I read about onthespothosting. Just took a quick look. They have several testimonials on their page from dilenjprojects.com, racesupplys-nj.com... but these domains seem not exist :| Dont know why the owners can write good things there?
About surfspeedy, you can make a search and see many threads about their quality of services.
Anyway, I would raise budget a bit to get better support. Let's say around $30/month or more

It would stand within reason to not expect the same kind of service from a provider that is cheaper by a factor of 6.
If you mean how long they've been providing hosting, the answer would probably be "starting sometime in december 2003".

However, if you're interested in how much downtime they've had only a customer would be able to help - and only for a bit, because a hosting company can truly be judged based on the performance of all their servers.

I have been unable to ping my private nameservers. Sometimes when I use HTTP to bring up their direct IP addresses, I get a certificate popup in Firefox. What might be the problem here? I have found their support to not be very helpful?
