Memory Allocation Issue

Im getting the following error message on one of my client site: ================= Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 216268800) (tried to allocate 15 bytes) in /home/radiosmj/public_html/site/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 460 ================= I already updated the memory limit to 256m for the cPanel user having issue but still not having any positive result. any suggestion on how to resolve it?

it is really strange that the joomla admin panel is also giving same error :| any help?

Problem Fixed. The issue was related to RLimitMEM value.
