If you are using custom templates, you will have to make modifications in the links to use https

Just edit your header.tpl and footer.tpl easy enough!

Alright well I found the option for SSL in whmcs, I do not use a custom theme YET (hope I can get it this month) so I'm just waiting for a reply back from whmcs cause I asked if the guide they had was mis wrote.

make the links relative and they will all change automatically depending on whether the site is being viewed in http or https. The only absolute link needed is the one entering the ordering system.

Why do you want all links to be https://

For obvious reason of security.. You don;t want to keep the client and order area non secure..

Because I recently asked if a ssl cert was worth it since I got offered one for $2.00 with my domain nakes so I took it and to make my customers feel safer.

The pages that require ssl whmcs take care off. Just type in your https:// URL into general settings. There is no reason to have ssl on the other pages
