System setup

Hi, I have a shared/reseller hosting company so I was wondering if im using cpanel will it be possible to create it in a way where accounts are created on random servers and servers can use each others cpu, memory, and storage? Is there any specific kind of system we can setup for something like this? Also another system I am looking to do is for vps where I will have like 10 servers all running vps under them and the ability for these servers to share there cpu, memory, and storage with each other. Want this kind of system as it allows for easy expanding in case resources start to run low. Please do let me know if this is something do-able. Thanks!

The closest you'll get to this is a cloud infrastructure, at present the best we can do is have setup on an overflow or randomizing system, but without a cloud the resource usage can't be switched, only replicated.

I saw these guys talk at the cpanel conference when I was there. I think they are a good choice for a cloud platform. http://onapp.com/cloud/

Hey, also just wondering if this is a bad idea or no: What if we create all the accounts on serverA (lets just say 100,000 accounts) and allow serverB,C, and serverD help server A when its running low on cpu, memory, or storage will this be do-able? Do let me know thanks!
