Hello, i come from Greece and i have a company which give sevices in Greece about web hosting, web development and web design. In February i order a reseller plan to levi1.com At the start all was ok. After the first week all was difficulty. All the time i had problems. The stupid man who has the copmany from his house, because he is not professional but stupid, tell me that he wil fix the problem and all the time promises. I send all the time email about the problems, all the time i told him via hotmail, but he told that fix but the problem were again again... Now i transfer my accounts to other company and i am ok. I send email to refund my money but anything. He did not reply to me. Now i have lodged a complaint to the europian court and i hope to close levi1. But i have not took my money(100$) back. Fortunately i change my credit number and the stupid man of levi1 can not make any charge to my credit card. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM LEVI1! Thank you very much, George

If levi1 was professional and reliable, they give me back my money and the important reason is that they reply to my emails when i sent to fix the problems. Only not they did not reply, but they never fix the problems.

Well I myself am still annoyed with the fact they haven't removed us from their website. We used their service more then two years ago, and back then it was only for a month or two.

Posted by ldcdc, 05-20-2006, 08:25 PM
They have a 30 days moneyback guarantee. Are you sure you're still entitled to a refund?

Posted by ohiocommonsense, 05-21-2006, 01:23 AM
Dear Iphoster, Call the bank or company that issued the credit card you used to pay Levi1, tell them the amount you paid, the approximate date you paid, and say you must DISPUTE the charges because the services were NOT rendered by Lev1. Your credit card provider may be able to get your money back (depends on the TOS and degree of non performance of services) . How MUCH money did you lose? WHATEVER are you saying (trying to say) here about sending Lev1 a REFUND via paypal? MICHELLE

Like my Grandmother told me: "Too soon OLD, too late SMART" Which means "Hindsight is always 20/20"

Posted by ohiocommonsense, 05-21-2006, 01:33 AM
Okay, who is this "Lev1", what is his business name? What do you mean Zoneserv.com by saying they have not "removed you" from their website?

Posted by Til, 05-21-2006, 02:48 AM
It is http://www.levi1.com/ And Zoneserv complains that they are still listed as one of their clients, see http://www.levi1.com/clients.htm

Posted by ohiocommonsense, 05-21-2006, 02:54 AM
Oh my! That implies you buy services from THEM? Send them a first class letter asking they remove it...I mean come on...that can be edited in place on the server!

Do they put your website on the clients page when ever someone signs up?

Posted by ZoneServ.com, 05-21-2006, 11:40 AM
Probably not.

Iphoster, We have received your request for a refund on May 18th which is over 60 days after you signed up on March 12th... You have been chatting with us almost daily, many times over non-issues (like the load-average button in WHM being red). I will have to look into this and see if/what refund is possible after this extensive period and hours of customer service... ZoneServ, hi Gil I will make sure to have your domain removed today. I really need to update the 'clients' page. P.S. when signing up you do not automatically get posted in the clients page, if we did put you there and you wish to be removed, simply email us to sales@levi1.com and we will remove it promptly.

Thank you Shneur, best regards.

It is always advaisable to do search first and in case of any tru problem it is better to share the problem here for every one benefit

I think it is BEST to resolve ANY and ALL probems at the first contact. I would be so ASHAMED if my clients had to POST PUBLICALLY to gain satisfaction from me, or anyone accountable to me! It is NOT how many you "win" or "lose" but how many are RESOLVED at the FIRST contact.

Heh, Western Union not a good sign, virtually all scam web hosts run WU payments. Last edited by anon-e-mouse; 05-25-2006 at 09:02 AM.

Mostly scam web hosts use WU but we can't said it is a bad sign for a web host to accept western union. Personally, I don't like to accept western union but some of our clients prefer to use that for some reason. It is really a matter of choice for the buyers not the one accepting it.

Posted by ohiocommonsense, 05-23-2006, 01:11 AM
Western Union is TOO EXPENSIVE. I set up accounts for LONG TERM contractors. IKOBO is not well known but works exceptionally well. I do take and pay IKOBO http://www.ikobo.com/

Posted by net, 05-23-2006, 02:00 AM
I am sure I am aware of the WU price. Wether it is expensive or not, the choice is always on the buyers. That is what I am talking about and I know pretty well about ikobo. But this thread is not about WU and Ikobo... so it is time to stop :-) I just answered the comments above to avoid confusion. Back to OP's topic...

Dear Levi1, i don't speak good the english language but i tell you the following to learn all what are you: 1)The services in two months were only red and i have the screenshots. You transfer my account in another server and the services were red too!I have screenshots to give you to see. 2)Your server was down. First, for 2 hours and second, one night. I have told you for the down of your server. 3)I spoke to you via msn messenger, i have sent mails but nothing from your BAD support! For one month you did not reply. Do it mean something? 4)You told one thing only."I will fix it and i will fix it".If you have fixed it, i have not any problem. 5)If you are professional, you have foxed the problems and you give support. Not,dont reply to mails and not, to don't fix! Learn that, if you will be professional, you will can : a)Give Support b)Reply to your customers c)Give the money back if your customers are not satisfied! and finally, i have make a complaint about your company in the europian court of law, to close your company and to give me the money back. Remind that i have screenshots of your services with the hours and the history of your bad services. Also remind that i have all the historial data of your services. Friendly, Iphoster

I do not remember but Lev1 used to run under a different name earlier. It used to offer the sky for a dime and there were a lot of problems. If you do a search on lev1 on the board, there are many many reviews that will help you decide what or what not to do with this company.

I purchased their $35/mo Reseller Account yesterday and i'm starting to think it was a bad idea. I submitted a helpdesk ticket requesting more information if they can could transfer a few accounts that I have that range from 1GB - 5GB. Its on a personal box of mine running cPanel so this is quite easy to do, and I mentioned I didn't mind giving them the root password to do this.. as its just a personal box. Just a bit over 5 hours now without any reply. I read they have 24/7 support, and i'm definitely not seeing this. I read somewhere on WHT that levi1 offers a 30 money back guarantee. If I haven't heard anything in the next 5 hours, I think i'm going down that route.

Posted by ldcdc, 08-30-2006, 11:41 PM
It's right there on their website (http://www.levi1.com/reseller.htm)

Posted by JRSEOMarketing, 08-31-2006, 12:43 AM
Yep I just saw that.. oh well.. to bad.. hopefully the refund will be quicker than the support.. 7 hours and still no reply.

Posted by RobM, 08-31-2006, 01:40 AM
Well they claim this on there site too:

Posted by ayksolutions, 08-31-2006, 01:40 AM
Shoulda checked first. There are quiet a few threads regarding this company and their ethics. Their site isn't coming up at this time either.

I currently have hosting with levi1, and despite some payment issues ive had. I havent had any problems at all. Though i am a person that prefers to resolve everything without the need of the other person if i can control it.

Posted by CretaForce, 09-01-2006, 04:28 AM
If you can't provide 24/7 support and maximun reply/resolution guarantee then don't write it in your site. Customers are not stupid. By the way what server average load does it need to show it red in WHM?

Posted by asmar, 09-01-2006, 11:47 AM
This is something that you can configure under WHM. Cheers

I can't remember the last time I used a service with someone and demanded a refund in less than 48 hours. The support is non-existant. I am quite sure this is a one man operation. I'm kicking myself in the butt for not researching this a bit more, so on that point.. definitely my fault. I have requested a 2nd refund with them, hopefully it will be granted.. or its another phone call to paypal.

RealtorHost, I responded to your refund request via email as follows (It suprises me that you haven't received it): Sincerely Shneur

Posted by Pickin, 09-04-2006, 08:30 PM
A good company would have to give 15 Day Free Trial, I think
