Hi I get the error when adding a new domainname in directadmin here is a screenshot when i log in directadmin as rootadmin and create user in userlevel domain administartion The domain name is a valid name . Attached Thumbnails

It seems your domain name contains special languages characters. You must first convert the domain name to punycode, then you use punycode version when you add the domain in DirectAdmin. Here you can convert your domain to punycode: http://mct.verisign-grs.com/conversiontool/
