Posted by Jet, 07-20-2006, 01:13 AM I would be interested in any feedback on Dotsers reseller plans. Nothing worked for me the last couple of days and I just got a response to my Help ticket (48 hours turn around) suggesting that I am an idiot.
Posted by Lubby, 07-20-2006, 09:54 AM Doesn't sound to good. Maybe if they spent more time doing support and less time spamming the heck out of my email inbox they'd be doing a better job. I'd suggest you look at other options possibly...

Posted by Jet, 07-21-2006, 12:43 AM I have been using them to register domains and thought I would try out their hosting. My account no longer works.l Guess its time to move lock stock and barrel.
Posted by Aussie Bob, 07-21-2006, 02:24 AM Did you contact them in the past? Get on their mailing list somehow?
Posted by Lubby, 07-21-2006, 09:23 AM I imagine I have a domain there, or had one there in the past that I bought from someone or something. I wasn't saying that I shouldn't be on the list, I am just saying they send a LOT of emails out.

Posted by Jet, 07-22-2006, 12:20 AM It took them three days to fix whatever went wrong and still no response from Customer Service.
Posted by Jet, 07-23-2006, 02:06 AM I can now get into my hosting account but I am not familiar with the control panel and it freezes when I try to set up a new domain. I dont get much joy out of email support so I thought I would try Live Chat (which takes a few moments....). Twenty minutes down and counting. Nice one guys!
Posted by Jet, 07-25-2006, 10:10 AM Forty eight hours and counting afte submitting a support ticket. Wonder if they will refund when I cancel
Posted by Dotster, 07-25-2006, 11:55 AM Jet, email your contact info to bgoldsmith *at* dotster *dot* com and I'll get you sorted out (even if that means just getting you a refund).
Posted by ChristineSG, 08-20-2006, 02:48 PM I'd be interested to know if this customer ever did get their situation sorted out? It is wonderful that at least apparently, a rep from the company offered assistance. It would be nice for the OP to indicate whether the situation was resolved to his satisfaction!
Posted by slackerpunk, 09-05-2006, 12:09 AM I am also interested
