I can spend up to $25 a month. I need to find a reseller host that offers the best support, service, uptime and so on but also offers a lot of space and bandwidth. Does anyone know of any good places. For $25 a month I expect 10gb+ space and at least 400gb of bandwidth.

I would go with a cPanel/WHM based reseller plan. You should be able to find a quality company in that price range with those specs. You may want to consider upping it just a bit. Last edited by net; 09-06-2006 at 07:55 AM.

25 /mo is very low for 400GB of data transfer, raising your budget would help. Try looking through the ads/offers section on WHT, you should find some good deals there Good-luck

Data transfer wise, that's 1/5 of a dedicated server. Go take a look at the costs for a dedicated server and see if your 25$ x 5 will even pay for it's cost (let alone staff, software, etc..). Will you actually be using all that? Or are you trying to "future-proof" yourself by buying that much ahead of time per month? If not, consider lowering your requirements, find something reliable, and upgrade your plan as you go along. This way, your provider is stable, you get the ressources when you need them at a price you can afford. Everybody wins

The bandwith that you need is too many. I think you must increase your budget. Also reseller hostings usually don't provide many bandwith. Maybe you must looking for a VPS.

Seriously, your budget is good, but your requirments are high for that price, IF you want a stable and reliable host that is.

With $25 per month, it would be difficult to find a host that offer you 10GB space + 400GB transfer (except overselling)

Don't confuse reseller hosting with shared hosting. The huge overselling levels that might be marginally sustainable in shared hosting will ruin any reseller hosting provider.

For 25$ a month he can get a VPS with no bandwidth cap or just a very high one. The speed might be 1mbit or 5mbit but I reckon if its just for webhosting it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

you might find a host that offers all tht.. and 99% you will regret if you go with it.. WHTs unofficial tip: If it's too good to be true, it isn't
