September 6th, 2010 : K-Disk Networks has acquired all former Rack0 customers

As of September 5th, 2010, Rack0.com has regretfully announced the closure of its hosting services. K-Disk Networks has made arrangements with the Rack0 Management Team to take over all of the soon to be displaced Rack0 customer base. This arrangement will have an effective date of September 6th, 2010.

All existing Rack0 customers will be given 1 free month of hosting on a "K-Disk Starter" reseller plan that is in the same tier that they have purchased with Rack0. Master and Alpha Resellers will remain Master and Alpha Resellers. Existing customers who have paid annually will be kept on their same billing cycle. We are also unable to provide refunds for any service fees paid to Rack0.

The K-Disk Technical Team is currently in the process of migrating all customer data and importing the customer data into the K-Disk Customer Portal. in order to help to expedite this process, we are asking that all Rack0 customers create an account at the following link followed by a support ticket to identify you as a Rack0 customer. We will be communicating further details via e-mail. Once you have created a K-Disk Portal Account, you will automatically be entered into our Rack0 Status Mailing List.

We are also asking that Rack0 customers discontinue contacting the Rack0 Support team and contact the K-Disk Support Team.
