Maybe take a look at PowerVPS, since your already hosted with them?

Depends what you consider "affordable"... HostNexus provides Plesk reseller accounts and has a pretty good rep. http://www.hostnexus.com/resellers/index.htm

That would be my recomndation IF you are looking for plesk hostnexus.com has been around awhile

Decent experiences with HostNexus - pretty good costs, too. Just a shame I'm not so keen on Plesk, but even still, HostNexus have the nice Windows skins that work really well.

futurehost.biz or futurehosting.biz i dont remember correct they have very cheap plesk plans at softlayer.
