How to check who's send ping to my server?

When I use default CSF setting ICMP_IN_RATE = 1/s, my server could not respond my ping request. But when I set it to 30/s it respond my ping. Thus I assume other IP already send ping that's why CSF consider the limit is reached and did not respond my first request. Anybody know how to check what's IP send ping to my server using SSH command? Thanks alot in advance.

You may want to use tcpdump to check.
