Hello,
No matter what load is for the server, every process in "top" shows 0.0 %CPU usage.
For example:
Anyone have any idea what is wrong?
Server is running "CENTOS 5.6 i686 standard" 2.6.35.12-23 #1 SMP
Thanks.
EDIT: Yes, I am definately sorting by CPU%. I start top using "top -c".

Hi
Have you tried using the default Kernel for Centos 5.x ? it could be that your vanilla Kernel is missing something. other than that I have never seen anything like this before.
Good luck

You need to start top and then press the upper case letter P. -c is for command line toggle.

That doesn't work either.
(Also, I am running from command line...)

Yes. It should be related to the kernel. Please update or recompile your kernel.
