They both provide different types of service... You need to decide what your specific requirements are and then see which one can meet most or all of the requirements..

Absolutely agree with you... both of them in fact server different client segments. I can vouch for budgetreseller, their service and support has been really great.

Hello, I have used both company's. I was with Resellerzoom before I moved over to BudgetReseller. But I would recommend BudgetReseller over Resellerzoom any day. The service, support, and overall general atmosphere makes me feel really comfortable. One key diffrence I have found is that at BudgetReseller, they don't make me feel like a number, but rather a friend. From my past experiences with Resellerzoom, there servers were over crowded, and the technical support was rather short with me. I'd really highly recommend going with BudgetReseller. I go with RZ from August, 2005 and it is precisely the technical support and his amicable treatment what there do that I recommend without doubts.

one important thing to consider (besides reading both companies TOS/AUP thoroughly).. BudgetReseller offers 99.5% uptime guarantee.. whereas RZ offers 99.9% uptime. having said that.. i used budgetreseller for a short while before settling with my current reseller host and was very unimpressed with their sales staff, tech staff and overall performance. my cpanel/whm took anywhere from 5-10 seconds to completely load and download times on large (50mb+) files were less than stellar. quite honestly, i'd look into spending maybe 5-10$ more per month and go with a company that has proven (both RZ and BR have a near equal amt of +/- on here) themselves to be consistently well-rounded and completely on top of their game. dave

I absolutly loved resellerzoom when I was with them. They will help you with everything from small issues to huge life threatening stuff

i use blurstorm (domain - amongst others - ohnine.org). i pay 12.95/mo for 4gb disk / 30gb bandwidth per month. i've been extremely happy with blurstorm. their support/customer service is polite, helpful and speedy and the actual hosting itself (runs on impressive servers via softlayer, i believe) and is generally great. their costs may be a touch more than BR/RZ but service adds value and in that respect, they are tough to beat.

For now I will vote for resellerzoom, when you consider the price and servcies. I have been with them since 2004, after trying others, customer support is superb. Presently have almost 20 reseller accounts with them.
