While the asymmetric pipe results in a large downloading capacity of about 10Mbps, the upload speed is general 0.5Mbps which too slow for servers. Neo Code utilizes a 20Mpbs full duplex connection from Allstream to allow speedy downloading and uploading for users, saving customers time and money.
