| i'm monitoring my smtp on alert website and smtp of server is down 2 or 3 times per day . my server is up and i can ping it 24 hours and everything work fine just smtp going down
i have linux with centos . what should i do ?

| Did you check logs? Is it cPanel server?

| Generally, mail related logs are located at /var/log/exim_mainlog in cPanel servers.
