Hello, I Need Restart Service "Apache or Mysql" Automatic When high Load Is there a way to do this or the script is this? Thanks.

Use some kind of monitoring tools. Very good piece of software is Monit. Try it.

Restarting service during the load is not ideal solution to get rid of load issue. You need to find out what causes the load on the server and optimize it. You may end up crashing the server eventually if you restart the service quite often.

this You need to fix the problem. There are many ways that can be done about this but we need more information. However, it is more ideal to hire someone to do this for you. If you really wanted to go this way a cron job bash script could be coded check load then restart.
