Visibility Of Resellers' Client

with the advent of booming hosting services, many ppl try their entrepreneurship skills online. i would be one of them hopefully. with this, i apologize if i pop out a few questions every now & then to be able to understand this deeper. let me start by asking about being a master reseller. i bet there are online guides readily available but i would like to maximize the resources of being a member of this great online community. - on WHM panel, will i be able to see the accounts & quotas my of downline resellers? - should my reseller form an agreement with me that i better handle even his billing, will any software be able to do as such to maintain traceability which one is my customer, which one is his customers, or so (i understand that this is not a logical arrangment, just like to know) hope to get some answers. thanks, ppl.

Moved to the reseller forum, since it's not an outage.

I think you are asking about sub reseller account, that is reseller accounts under your reseller account. This is not possible in Cpanel/WHM setup. You cannot create a reseller under a reseller account. So the answer for your three questions are NO as you won't even have a reseller account under your reseller account.

I have to say that I thought 'reseller reseller' whm accounts were available, but that they were 'less than perfect', with a capital C - and particulary frowned upon by the 'pros'. here at WHT.

Creating your own resellers is not possible unless you own the dedicated server outright or the dedicated server owner affords you root level privileges.

well i must agree. a master reseller can create reseller account using WHM, wherein ofc he was given either the root or the privilege as a master reseller. but i guess this has been answered & even verified by me. a good samaritan gave me a privilege of looking into his dedi WHM and i noticed that u can really see everything in it- even the resellers of master resellers. we can close this topic now. thanks to all.

Additonal cPanel addons allow resellers to create reseller accounts. It's fairly common.
