Here is the History: zonagore.com was hosted in my server, in a regular small shared account, they hacked the server to get more space and BW and keep the web running without suspend. I noticed and suspended the account manually, next day the account was active again, I changed root password, suspended the account and erased the zone from the server. They when to my server and messed up all server by hacking other account with open script. I fixed all so far and I and working in recovering all and hardening the server I want make sure that the domain cannot be hosted in any USA data center by reference What is the best way to do that Thank you for help

Well you can report the owner to the local authorities? If he hacked your server?

That's similar to me asking how I can keep you from shopping at any grocery stores nation wide. There simply is no way to achieve what you're after. Sure, the user may have been malicious - but from the sounds of it your system was insecure. If not them, then it was only a matter of time before somebody else took advantage of you.
