ngnix + varnish is there really a working solution?

I found these links, that promise such a solution:
http://www.unixy.net/varnish/
https://my.speedysparrow.com/members...apache-booster
however when I contacted the first they told that they are currently on beta and I will soon launch a final version and when I tried installing the second all I got were problems.

Hi,
The varnish plugin has already reached a stable release and is available for download and is already in use around the world.

Hello,
I got the trial license email.
However I was wondering if you help with varnish tuning under your support service (that requires an extra fee)

The KB has a lot of information on tuning. Plus most of the tuning is done via WHM so it's a very easy thing to do. But if you have any question please open a ticket in the varnish queue.
By the way, did you download the Varnish or Varnish+Nginx plugin? The latter was released this past weekend.
Regards
Joe / UNIXY
