Hi Master Minds i need help.... i am currently running whm on dedicated and there seems a prob regarding dsn i think... if i moniter my ip then the uptime is 100 % but on parked domain its showing alot of downtimes... i chkd via pingdom and seen there is 2-4 min downtime after every 20-30 min. pls see http://intodns.com/jugnifm.com how can i cure this ??? any idea ?? You saw that the ns configuration is wrong, right?

What about main domain names? Have you checked? Please make sure that you need to use the same nameservers and other records as main domain names.

Get the NS records corrected as it indicates in IntoDNS first, and see.

Use ns1.name.com to ns4.name.com instead of what you are using. That will correct the bulk of the issue.

Make sure the NS records specified in the zone file are identical with the ones registered at the registrar end.
