Good begginer reseller?
Posted by TomGA, 06-05-2008, 04:40 PM |
Well i have been wanting to start a small little paid hosting site for a while now and i have decided to go with a reseller account because i would not have to deal with all the management with the server. But i was just wondering which reseller should i go with that would be a good one to start off with? Because im not that sure how to set everything up, would they come with remote forms or would i have to install my own billing software onto it?
Thanks for your time, Tom

Some reseller accounts come with a billing software included (WHMCS/Clientexec etc). Between the host and the software's developer, you should be getting the guidance you need to set it all up. Your background would be important enough though. She's great at other things, but I can't imagine my mom handling such a task.

HostGator's service, support, resources, and value are hard to beat. They have an excellent discussion forum that is helpful for beginners.

Just to clarify when Forcium said better than FH he did not mean us ( I have had 5 messages about this already)
To the Op.
Most hosts offering some sort of billing system like WHMCS or clientexec and will likely install it for you and help you configure it. Just make sure you do research on any host you consider and then once you have choselet us all know how you get on.

You can try reseller zoom, their costs are pretty good.
