Anyone got a sample layer3 switching config for cisco ?

Been wanting to start playing around with some layer 3 switching for colocation purpose. Anybody got a sample config that they could share for a cisco switch ? Ideally I'm looking for a config that simulates the big DCs; eg subnet divided by 5 IPs and so on
