Hey there, Does InnoHosting allow you to buy more bandwidth and/or storage if your amount is not enough? If so, how much is it and is it possible with a reseller account? Thanks, Liam

Yes you can buy additional webspace/bandwidth at $1 per GB for both if you buy individual GB's. Bulk discounts are available for purchasing 5GB or more.. It is worth mentioning that our company is InnoHosting (not InnoHost)

These questions would probably be best asked directly to InnoHosting through their helpdesk https://support.innohosting.com/inde...departmentid=4 But maybe an existing client or Rameen will pop in and answer for you here. Edit: Rameen beat me by a few seconds .

Hi there Rameen, I have but it wasn't answered. I was told that you didn't accept custom packages. I think you guys misunderstood my question. Thanks for the response, Liam

Ah ok.. Custom packages is not something we normally do, but you can customise an existing package. The main reason for this is we are not willing to drop the price any lower than our lowest package price (to maintain a particular quality of service, we need to ensure our costs are sustainable), and anything higher than the highest package wouldn't always be suitable for a shared environment. But customising existing packages can be possible within reason.. For example, some people have their own billing application, or some people don't intend to resell and don't need all the extra features...

I saw a lot of good reviews about InnoHosting. Also the features of their reseller plans are very rich. But if they increase the disk space/bandwith of the plans when it will be better. Because most of the companies provide more. Also they have end user support. is it get slower to the support? Last edited by domaincart; 06-11-2008 at 08:56 AM.

I understand that there are other providers that offer more webspace/bandwidth, but I believe for the number of features we provide (which is unmatched by any other provider) and the support options we provide (live chat, UK + USA toll free telephone and ticket support all open 24x7) we are actually quite competitive. Even though we offer end user support, we have the necessary resources to offer instant support if a real time method is used (chat or telephone). As such, the offering of end user support does not have any adverse affects on our support response times. That said, thank you for good words, and I have took onboard your comments

I will attest that their support is professional and speedy! I've been with inno for nearly 5 months and I'm glad I made the move. You hear about a lot of downtime, lack of support, problems with software with many of the other guys, but not true with inno. Rameen and Chris are great. They have a friendly forum and their services are topnoch! I was originally between hostgator, resellerzoom, and inno and I chose inno and am glad I did! (I am not being paid or compensated in any way for this review and am not a celebrity spokesperson! )
