Measuring IPv6 traffic?

Hey guys. I recently got a server set up with IPv6 support and I was just wondering if any of you could suggest a way to measure the amount of IPv6 traffic received? If nothing else it would be nice to see how IPv6 adoption grows over the next year or so. Thanks!

snmpd supports IPv6; you could use MRTG/Cacti to monitor the IPv6 traffic.

SPAN, RSPAN, and ERSPAN are good monitoring tools to monitor IPv6 traffic.

I have both IPv4 and IPv6 traffic running through one interface (eth0)... can Cacti/MRTG monitor traffic to particular IPv6 addresses on a single interface, or do i need to set up separate interfaces for IPv4 and 6?

As per my view, you will require separate interface for IPv6 since in PRTG you can define whether data from your network is queried via IPv4 or IPv6. For each device in PRTG you can select whether PRTG will connect to it using either IPv4 or IPv6. http://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg9/ipv6
