Hello, A month before, we received a mail from our DC mentioning that one of our VPS customer from China has sold Nitendo R4 cards. They also mentioned that the domain WHOIS is fake. We immediately suspended the VPS and responded to Nitendo for which we haven't received any mails so far. In the very last line of their mail they mentioned like "We have copied in Nintendo into this email for their information and have also contacted the police (authorities) Thanks C.I.C" And to my surprise, today while hovering over BBC found this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-22768850 London Police after two sites for copyright infringement. Are they mentioning about our company? I'm really confused to the hell. Any suggestions is very much welcomed.

If you shut the site down immediately, they don't really have a leg to stand on
