hi everyone since their costs are pretty good i wnat to know your experiences with them.. -specifically i am interested if anyone here has joomla installed on ideastack web hosting and is it working without any issues. and what about their support?, response times, rate of successful problem solving. thanks

another website from this person cpanelwebhosting.in Beware: Past experiences with this host was aweful. Multiple support tickets never answered. Advertises 99.5% update, but only gets 98% and less uptime. Hosting is down at least twice a month for upwards of 5 hours at a time. They just start new threads, ignoring all the customers complaints and not addressing them. If you ask for refund, they just say no and leave the chat, then banned you to livechat with them. horrible, stay away.
