Just sign up with readywire! they have excellent customer service! I'm still : o ) after 15mins i end my chat online with their staff! all of them are extremely helpful. I've contacted so many hosting companies but they are the only one so far who make me feel that i must sign up with them no matter what, i would say at their price did not really attract my attention but their customer service won me over! i'll review their service again in a few months time. so far they have exceeded my expectations! Just a few suggestion to readywire... 1. You might want to have a 24/7 sales desk, i'm sure your sales will increase! 2. the live chat software dont seem to work well for me? maybe is just me? you can try livezilla?

I read your thread about the problems you experienced with corehoster.. Glad to hear you've moved on and found another host.. Hopefully this one will prove better than your last (fingers crossed!).. Do come back in 6-12 months with a review on how things are going..

Nice to see that they have created a wonderful first impression by their good service. Follow up the review in future to give us more informations on your host. Thanks for the initial review.

Wow! Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to have you as a part of the ReadyWire family. Thank you for your suggestions. We're always looking for ways to make ReadyWire a better place. Our Live Chat system is powered by Kayako Live Response. Are you using Google Chrome's browser? I've found that Chrome doesn't seem to work well with Kayako.

Not to go off subject, but we have found the same thing Rick. Chrome is a great browser, so Kayako better get on supporting it Glad you have found a great home for your hosting . I am sure they appreciate your business.

Let me say that ReadyWire, Rick and all the staff I have had dealings with, were complete professionals whose customer service was exceptional. They are friendly, helpful and prompt with their response, and in my case, they went out of their way to assure my complete satisfaction in upgrading my account. This may seem but trifle, but another company in which I have current dealings refer to me as customer if at all. On the other hand, ReadyWire refers to their customers by name (when provided) in response to tickets. I pay attention to details such as these because they are quite the measure. They have made mistakes, some quite significant, but they learned from their mistakes and took steps to ensure they are never repeated. I can appreciate that. What I can appreciate more is that they have openly shared their wisdom with their customers so that we too do not have to make similar mistakes. Excellent on their part. As constructive criticism, I would suggest to ReadyWire that they make their navigation of their webpages a little more user friendly. For instance, as far as I can see, there is no link to login to the clientarea from the homepage. Also, another thing I noticed, once logged in there are no links to my hosting packages and such. And the blog gives no link back to the homepage. LOL. Maybe I am just a little too certain. But as their service goes, definite A+.

Thank you for your kind words, Volksmenner. We're fortunate to have a client like you. certain? Not one bit. Your feedback and suggestions are golden! I just looked at our home page and I too noticed that a link to the ReadyWire Customer Portal is nowhere to be found. We'll get right on this. Thank you again for your thoughts.

How is the end-user support of readywire? whats the avg response time and guaranteed response time? Does it integrate nicely into WHMCS's support system? Lastly, Post your Domain

Although we don't have a "guaranteed response time" so to speak, most tickets are handled within 10 to 15 minutes. Most of our customers choose to have us answer tickets directly through their WHMCS or ClientExec billing systems. As such, the integration is beautiful.

but readywire.com * All users are restricted to 15 concurrent MySQL connections. * Each database is restricted to 2 GB of disk space. That's low

Our Resource Usage Policies are just one of the ways that we ensure that our servers don't become overtaxed. The shared hosting platform isn't really intended for heavy/intense MySQL usage.

ok i known.thanks

I known but that's too low. Even hostgator provide 25 mysql concurrent connections. Others HP nomarlly give 25-50 mysql concurrent connections at one time.

Just out of curiosity, what was your reason for choosing the number 15? Why not make it just a little more to keep up with the competition?
