October 28th, 2010 Fluid Hosting LLC, a leading H-Sphere shared hosting company, announced today that is has completed the acquisition of Steadfasts H-Sphere Customers base.

Karl Zimmerman, president of Steadfast Networks/NoZone, Inc, says, in his letter to Steadfasts H-Sphere Customers, that this sale appears to be the best way to help us concentrate on our core business while, at the same time, assure our shared hosting customers are still given the best level of service possible. This acquisition would not be possible if it werent for a company such as Fluid Hosting, as we were only interested in selling to a company with a similar platform and the same high standards of service, stated Zimmerman

Citing that H-Sphere is at the core of our business, Dave Tong, founder and owner of Fluid Hosting, LLC, reasons that this acquisition is a strategic move, stating that it makes sense for us to absorb Steadfast's H-Sphere customers, especially given that we have an in-depth experience and knowledge on H-Sphere already. In addition, such an acquisition allows Fluid Hosting to improve services to Steadfasts H-Sphere customers by introducing by introducing Windows hosting and cloud-based H-Sphere setup. Such features, default to Fluid Hosting customers, will definitely be welcomed additions for Steadfasts H-Sphere customers, said Tong. In addition, this acquisition allows Fluid Hosting to expand its presence into other major US cities, starting with Chicago (IL) in this case.

Steadfasts H-Sphere customers can expect that Fluid Hosting will continue to meet and even exceed the level of service they have enjoyed. Furthermore, Fuid Hosting will allow, indefinitely, for Steadfast's H-Sphere customers to keep their hosting plans and pricing, if they so prefer.
